Tell me the role and workload.
I will tell you where I look first.
For a 40% physiotherapy role, I first check how the days are distributed, how much time remains for documentation and what happens when someone is absent.
For an 80% medical practice assistant role, I look at working hours, the mix of tasks, responsibility and onboarding.
For a doctor’s role, I am interested in consultations, administration, duties and freedom to make decisions.
A percentage does not describe a workplace.
60% can mean three fixed days or five short shifts. On paper, it is the same workload. In everyday life, it is a different offer.
If you are hiring, send me the role and workload in a LinkedIn message.
I will reply with the three points I would check first for your vacancy.
