This is what a practice review looks like on my screen.
Four views sit side by side:
the Google search for the practice name
the homepage
the vacancy
the first contact on a phone
I check them in the order a professional sees them.
On Google: what impression forms before the first click?
On the website: can you find the workplace, or only the treatments?
In the job ad, I mark unanswered questions:
Which days will you work?
How early is the roster confirmed?
Who handles onboarding?
What does support for further training actually mean?
Finally, I go through the route to initial contact myself.
Does an interested person have to upload a CV and cover letter straight away? Or can they first ask easily whether the role is a fit?
Those four views determine the order of revisions.
Where would that journey probably break first at your practice?
