Translated from Rafael Hager’s German original. Images and videos remain in German.

Buying reach for an interchangeable vacancy is expensive noise.

A larger advertising budget means more professionals see the same ad.

If it only says ‘varied work’ and ‘modern environment’, there is still little reason to apply.

Before a campaign, I clarify daily work first.

How is the workload distributed?
What responsibility does the professional actually take on?

Then I make the offer concrete enough to compare with one’s own everyday life.

Advertising makes a clear role visible. It does not give an interchangeable role substance.

If your practice is hiring, send the job ad to rafael@kotodama-co.ch. I will mark what I would change before a campaign.
