Translated from Rafael Hager’s German original. Images and videos remain in German.

What would have to happen for a good professional to leave again after six months?

I would rather ask that before a recruitment campaign than after a resignation.

Perhaps the ad promises more predictability than daily work offers. Perhaps professional development remains a sentence with no time allocated. Perhaps nobody knows who decides.

I cannot fix those problems with reach. I can help make them visible before the campaign and keep the job message honest.

Which answer would be uncomfortable but important for your practice?
