Translated from Rafael Hager’s German original. Images and videos remain in German.

When there is little room on physiotherapy pay, conditions must become concrete.

‘Attractive employment conditions’ is not information.

Before applying, a physiotherapist wants to know:
How tight is the patient schedule?
Is documentation included in working time?
How early is the weekly plan confirmed?
Can an afternoon off be agreed firmly?
How does the practice support further training?

These are the points where daily work and workload really differ.

Put those conditions in the ad. An unmentioned advantage helps nobody decide.

If you are advertising a physiotherapy role, send the ad to rafael@kotodama-co.ch.

I will review it free of charge and tell you precisely which information is missing.
