Read your job ad from bottom to top.

Look at the offer first.

‘Attractive employment conditions’ and ‘modern workplace’ describe very little.

Requirements are often worded more precisely. Training is clearly specified, as is the flexibility expected.

If you expect flexible shifts, say how early the roster is confirmed.

If you require independent work, explain which decisions the professional can make themselves.

A professional checks both sides. The offer should be as concrete as the requirements.

If your practice is hiring, send the ad to rafael@kotodama-co.ch. I will tell you what I would make more specific first.
