Before spending a franc on advertising, I test the application process on my phone.

I open the role like someone who does not yet know the practice.

Do I immediately understand what it is about? Can I find the Apply button? Can I make contact without an account or unnecessary inputs?

If the button disappears in the menu or the form is barely usable on a phone, more reach only leads more people into the same difficult journey.

That is why the phone test comes first. Only then do I decide whether a campaign makes sense at all.
