Honest collaboration remains respectful, even with direct criticism

I like clear words.

If a draft does not work, I say so. If I cannot deliver something, I do not promise it.

That does not give me permission to belittle anyone. Be firm about the work. Be respectful towards people.

That is how I want to work, even when a conversation becomes uncomfortable.
