A practice website often has two very different visitors.
The patient wants a service, the location and a way to book. The applicant wants a vacancy, a sense of daily work and initial contact.
Swipe through. If both have to puzzle over the same navigation, the website loses its purpose.
I would hide neither route. The page can say clearly: this way for treatment, that way to work at the practice.
Which route is easier to find on your homepage?
