Why Rafael does not want to return to a conventional job

I never want to go back to a nine-to-five job.

Being self-employed is often uncomfortable. If I get nothing done, nobody is responsible but me.

That is exactly what I want. I decide what I work on and with whom. I carry the consequences of my decisions.

Going back to employment is not an option for me.
