In an employer’s presentation, I therefore look for a concrete situation: how are difficult cases discussed? When does a colleague help? Where can a new professional ask questions?
That does not require a staged celebration. A real process, explained briefly, is more credible.
The team photo can stay. It just needs an answer beside it.
