1. Start with a few topic fields
Useful sources include common customer questions, work insights, service explanations and the reasoning behind decisions. Three to five fields are enough to begin.
Every new idea gets a place, reducing debates about format.
2. Recurring formats make production easier
A short note, an explanation, a behind-the-scenes view and a personal interpretation can become recurring formats.
Existing photos, screenshots and graphics can be used more deliberately.
3. Planning needs a realistic horizon
An editorial plan should show dates, responsibilities and approvals. A manageable horizon is often more useful than a rigid annual calendar.
Current topics still need room.
4. Good posts lead somewhere useful
Many posts may simply inform. If a post raises a concrete question, an article or service page can develop the thought.
